Early Deadline for Biweekly Timesheets

We understand life gets busy for many of us during the holiday season. As UC Merced's two-week winter break approaches, we in Payroll Services want to take a moment to remind you of an upcoming payroll deadline.
 
Because of winter break (commonly called curtailment), timesheets for biweekly compensated employees must be submitted earlier. Biweekly timesheets for the pay period that ends Saturday, Dec. 23 are due by noon Saturday, Dec. 16.
 
If you do not create and submit a timesheet by the deadline, the UCPath payroll system will not generate a paycheck in time for the Jan. 3, 2024 pay date. Please project your work hours through the pay period ending Dec. 23. Any necessary adjustments will be processed in the following pay cycle.
 
Note to supervisors of biweekly paid employees: Timesheets must be approved by 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 18.
 
If an employee is unable to submit a timesheet, supervisors are responsible for creating a timesheet on the employee’s behalf. Download the instructions here.
