Dear Colleagues,
Effective immediately, all high-risk salary cost transfer requests must be accompanied by a completed questionnaire signed by an authorized signatory:

For GNT/CNT/NBA projects: the designated Research Administrator (RA)

For all other fund sources: an authorized school staff member
A salary cost transfer is considered high-risk if it occurs more than 120 days after the initial pay issuance or if it occurred in a prior fiscal year.
This new requirement is part of our continued effort to strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with federal and institutional policies.
