A New Look is Coming to UCPath in July

On Monday July 14, 2025, UCPath will introduce a refreshed portal with a more intuitive design, improving how employees navigate and access key information. 

What’s Changing?  

The update focuses primarily on visual enhancements and navigation improvements. Users can expect a more modern design with all the same core features of UCPath. 

What's Not Changing 

  • Same security, no setup required: Security questions will continue to protect your data, and there’s no need to reset them. 

  • All features remained: Everything you access today—paychecks, benefit details, leave balances—will still be available after the update. 

Scheduled Downtime 

To prepare for the launch, UCPath will be temporarily unavailable during the following window: 

Friday, July 11 at 12:00 PM – Sunday, July 13 at 6:00 AM 

Please plan accordingly and complete any necessary tasks before the system goes offline.

Join one of the upcoming virtual sessions to get a preview of the updated layout, ask questions, and feel confident navigating the new portal.

UCPath Lunch & Learn (Transactor-Focused)

Note: Transactors are employees who regularly use UCPath for job duties like processing transactions, reviewing data, or accessing reports.
