On Monday July 14, 2025, UCPath will introduce a refreshed portal with a more intuitive design, improving how employees navigate and access key information.
What’s Changing?
The update focuses primarily on visual enhancements and navigation improvements. Users can expect a more modern design with all the same core features of UCPath.
What's Not Changing

No change to your login: You’ll still access UCPath at ucpath.universityofcalifornia.edu with your existing credentials.

Same security, no setup required: Security questions will continue to protect your data, and there’s no need to reset them.

All features remained: Everything you access today—paychecks, benefit details, leave balances—will still be available after the update.
Drop-in Labs
Webinars will be available for transactors, managers and supervisors, and employees to learn more about the UCPath portal update.
