FSS Request

Inquiry Support

If you are experiencing issues, problems or need support with a system supported by the Financial Systems Support team, please complete the FSS Inquiry Form. An employee may complete the form themselves, or a manager can complete it on behalf of the employee (exception for access request). Please provide as much detail information as possible to the types of problem, issue or information requested.

 

Website Support

FSS provides support for website updates on BFS and Oracle Financials (Alpha) websites. To submit a request for a website update, please use the Website Intake Form. Requests can be accompanied with one (1) attachment. Screen shots and updates may be consolidated into one document and included with the request.
