Viewing Your Balance & Electronic Billing Statement 

Once your fees are assessed onto your student account, you may view your student account balance.

To access your student account go to the MyBill website and sign in using your UC Merced Net ID. From the Home page, double click the Students tab and select Account Balance. Scroll down to Account Activity for detailed and current information about all charges and any payments on your student account.

Making a Payment  to UC Merced
Once your fees are assessed onto your student account, you may make payments towards your student account balance. Campus Cashiering Services facilitates collection of all payments for UC Merced. Payment methods include:
  •  Online: On MyBill website
  •  In Person: Campus Cashiering Services, first floor, Kolligian Library, next to the Students First Center. Cash and Checks only
  •  Mail: Make checks payable to UC Regents and include the Student ID number in the memo field of your check. Mail to:
