Late Payments

All University charges posted to your student account are due by the payment deadline indicated on the monthly billing statement.   If payment is not received by the payment deadline:

  • A $50 late fee may be charged
  • A hold may be placed on your account preventing registration for future semesters and limiting access to other University services (transcripts, graduation and others)
  • You may be dropped from all courses


It is important to understand that your student account must be paid in full by the payment deadline for you to avoid the adverse consequences noted above.  This is true even when you expect funding from one of the following sources:  

  • Financial Aid
  • Third Party Sponsors
  • Veteran Benefits
  • Graduate Student Fee Remissions
  • 529 College Savings Plan and Other College Savings Plans
