Timeline

Project Status (as of 09/29/20)

The Concur system has been configured, and the project team has completed three cycles of testing. User acceptance testing (UAT) is underway with an expanded test group.  The technical team has been working alongside the Alpha Financials team to build integrations into Oracle and the banks. Training materials are being finalized for distribution in November. More information on training including the training calendar will be disseminated for campus system users in October.

Concur will be launched in concert with the campus-wide Alpha Financials project January 4, 2021. High level milestones include:

  • November/December – Instructor led Training Sessions (online)
  • December 14 – January 3, 2021 System Downtime – no access to Express
  • January 4, 2021 – Concur System live
  • January – Post go live support and refresher training
