​ ​​Time Reporting System (TRS)

UC Merced employees can submit their timesheets in one of two systems, the Time Reporting System (TRS) or the Payroll Time Reporting System (PTR). 

The majority of UC Merced employees use TRS while FUPOA - Dispatchers and SETC - Skilled Trade use PTR. Academic employees (including but not limited to Lecturers, Graduate Student, Post Doctoral), please consult with the Academic Personnel processors about your time keeping requirements, if applicable.

TRS a secured web-based time reporting system for employees to electronically record their time worked. Log in with your UCMNetID and password to access your timesheet.
